On April 28, 2023, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Mirzosharif Jalolov met with the Assistant Minister (Ambassador), Director-General of the Foreign Service Training Institute Mr.Akira MUTO.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening and expanding cooperation between educational institutions of Tajikistan and Japan and expressed their readiness to develop cooperation in the field of training of diplomatic personnel.
