On May 2, 2023 online meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the National Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan for UNESCO Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the Deputy Secretary-General of UNESCO Mr. Xing Tsui.

 

 

 

During the meeting, the interlocutors highlighted the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and UNESCO in the fields of mutual interests, as well as the results of the UN Conference on the Midterm Comprehensive Review of the Objectives of the International Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028″, which took place on March 21-24, 2023 at the UN Headquarters in New York with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan HE. Mr. Emomali Rahmon.
